{"id":27501,"date":"2017-06-07T07:05:18","date_gmt":"2017-06-07T12:05:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fourthamendment.com\/?p=27501"},"modified":"2017-06-07T07:07:25","modified_gmt":"2017-06-07T12:07:25","slug":"27501","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fourthamendment.com\/?p=27501","title":{"rendered":"WaPo: Lawsuit: Mass search of Georgia high school students included genital touching, exposure of female students\u2019 breasts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>WaPo: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/news\/the-watch\/wp\/2017\/06\/06\/lawsuit-mass-search-of-georgia-high-school-students-included-genital-touching-exposure-of-female-students-breasts\/?utm_term=.d532c9ed0786\">Lawsuit: Mass search of Georgia high school students included genital touching, exposure of female students\u2019 breasts<\/a> by Radley Balko:<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>But now, a lawsuit filed on behalf of several students and seeking class-action status for all of them makes some far more disturbing allegations:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>a) Deputies ordered students to stand facing the wall with their hands and legs spread wide apart;<\/p>\n<p>b) Deputies touched and manipulated students\u2019 breasts and genitals;<\/p>\n<p>c) Deputies inserted fingers inside girls\u2019 bras, and pulled up girls\u2019 bras, touching and partially exposing their bare breasts;<\/p>\n<p>d) Deputies touched girls\u2019 underwear by placing hands inside the waistbands of their pants or reaching up their dresses;<\/p>\n<p>e) Deputies touched girls\u2019 vaginal areas through their underwear;<\/p>\n<p>f) Deputies cupped or groped boys\u2019 genitals and touched their buttocks through their pants.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>. . .<\/p>\n<p>According to the lawsuit, the deputies had a list of 13 suspected students. Three of them were in school that day. For that, they searched 900 students. (And, let\u2019s just point out again, found <em>nothing<\/em>.
