In light of the privacy protections contained in article I, section 7 of the Hawai&#8217;i Constitution, we hold that an anticipatory search warrant must, on its face, identify the triggering condition to be valid.\u201d Under <a href=\"http:\/\/scholar.google.com\/scholar_case?case=328705480565168818&#038;q=Grubbs&#038;hl=en&#038;as_sdt=1002\">Grubbs<\/a>, anticipatory warrants are permissible under the Fourth Amendment. The Hawai\u2019i Supreme Court holds that the state constitution requires more: \u201cTo ensure that governmental intrusions into citizens&#8217; privacy is no greater than absolutely necessary, we hold that an anticipatory search warrant must itself identify the triggering condition.\u201d <a href=\"http:\/\/www.courts.state.hi.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/SCWC-12-0000133.pdf\">State v.
