During a traffic stop, the officer noticed that defendant’s eyes were bloodshot and glassy, and his taste buds were white and risen. The officer smelled raw marijuana when he approached defendant’s truck; noticed that the odor dissipated during the search of the truck while the doors were open and while defendant was not in the vehicle. He did not find marijuana in the truck, but he smelled marijuana pretty strongly again when he approached defendant after the vehicle search.
