Luna, 136 S. Ct. 305 (2015). <a href=\"http:\/\/www.opn.ca6.uscourts.gov\/opinions.pdf\/17a0193n-06.pdf\">Middaugh v. City of Three Rivers<\/a>, 2017 U.S. App. LEXIS 5640 (6th Cir. March 29, 2017).* (See <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lexis.com\/research\/retrieve?_m=3d13f2cbb2d10caae623b985b3ffeedc&#038;csvc=toc2doc&#038;cform=&#038;_fmtstr=FULL&#038;docnum=1&#038;_startdoc=1&#038;wchp=dGLzVzt-zSkAz&#038;_md5=739046458921d34530368a1a03af98ee\">Treatise \u00a7 64.09<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Defendant police officers prevailed in a \u00a7 1983 case over a raid on a keg party in 2012. On a motion for new trial, it\u2019s denied. Qualified immunity being a big impediment because it wasn\u2019t clearly established that the officers\u2019 conduct back in 2012 was unreasonable.
