(Mar. 10, 2017) \u2013 The New Hampshire House has passed a bill that would ban \u201cmaterial support or resources\u201d to warrantless federal spying. The vote was 199-153.<\/p>\n<p>Rep. Neal Kurk and Rep. Carol McGuire, along with two cosponsors, introduced House Bill 171 (HB171).
