They found a computer with live modems at his house, and he denied that the big computer worked, but he had a laptop. \u201cWhen a condition of probation prohibits the possession of an item, and the probationer knowingly breaks that condition, \u2018in most situations\u2019 a probation agent would \u2018presumably\u2019 have \u2018reasonable grounds\u2019 to search the contents of the item.
