NYC\u2019s requirement of provision of certain information in digital format is reasonable under the Fourth Amendment (compare California Bankers Assn. v. Schultz) and the limited administrative searches are reasonable. Granted, the New York Constitution provides greater protection than the Fourth Amendment, but the regulations and statute are reasonable. <a href=\"http:\/\/nycourts.gov\/reporter\/3dseries\/2017\/2017_00953.htm\">Collateral Loanbrokers Assn. of N.Y., Inc. v.
