(Jan. 12, 2017) \u2013 A electronic data privacy bill introduced in the New Mexico Senate would ban the use \u201cstingrays\u201d to track the location of phones and sweep up electronic communications without a warrant in most situations and restrict warrantless collection of cell phone data from third parties.
