The affiant didn\u2019t assert convictions. At the suppression hearing, the court questioned counsel as to the accuracy of the arrest reports and it was accurate. Defendant also failed to show any false material misrepresentations in the affidavit otherwise, and there was probable cause for the search warrant. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.opn.ca6.uscourts.gov\/opinions.pdf\/16a0672n-06.pdf\">United States v.
