Sept. 26, 2016).*<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe search of Sanchez&#8217;s home pursuant to Sanchez&#8217;s status as a probationer does not meet the probation search exception because the agents did not have reasonable suspicion Sanchez was engaged in criminal activity or that the home contained evidence of Sanchez&#8217;s violations.\u201d United States v.
