Sept. 29, 2016).<\/p>\n<p>Defendant consented to a blood draw at the scene and at the fire station when the blood draw was taken. <a href=\"https:\/\/efast.gaappeals.us\/download?filingId=2d6f4824-3adc-4976-a29d-a7231a6efa24\">Jacobs v. App. LEXIS 539 (Sept. 29, 2016).*<\/p>\n<p>There was reasonable suspicion for defendant\u2019s stop; therefore, defense counsel wasn\u2019t ineffective for not filing a motion to suppress. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supremecourt.ohio.gov\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/8\/2016\/2016-Ohio-7049.pdf\">State v.
