No state case addresses these facts, and it\u2019s not inconceivable that it applied. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.illinoiscourts.gov\/Opinions\/AppellateCourt\/2016\/4thDistrict\/4160139.pdf\">People v. Theus<\/a>, 2016 IL App (4th) 160139, 2016 Ill. App. LEXIS 637 (Sept. 22, 2016).<\/p>\n<p>The search of defendant\u2019s person produced no evidence used against him.
