The owner came back as a 60 year old man, but the driver was much younger. This was common in this college town. The owner\u2019s son came back as having a suspended license. That was cause for a stop, and defendant\u2019s was the son with the expired tags. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iowacourts.gov\/About_the_Courts\/Court_of_Appeals\/Court_of_Appeals_Opinions\/Recent_Opinions\/20160831\/15-1546.pdf\">State v. Bohl<\/a>, 2016 Iowa App. LEXIS 917 (Aug. 31, 2016).<\/p>\n<p>The officer was looking for another car when he found defendant\u2019s car with expired tags.
