One dog was overly aggressive and killed another dog, and another became gravely ill after whelping a litter. He took the dogs to Chicago animal control, and they ended up arresting him and searching his premises without a warrant and seizing animals. He was charged with 13 counts of animal abuse, and he was acquitted. His complaint stated a Fourth Amendment claim for the search and for lack of probable cause for his arrest, and the case is reversed. <a href=\"http:\/\/media.ca7.uscourts.gov\/cgi-bin\/rssExec.pl?Submit=Display&#038;Path=Y2016\/D07-19\/C:15-1404:J:Sykes:aut:T:fnOp:N:1794964:S:0\">Neita v.
