When the door was open, there was a cloud of smoke that smelled like a working meth lab. One officer left to get a warrant. Another opened doors to start ventilation to clear the smoke, and he removed the working meth lab out of the house. Defendant made spontaneous admissions before the warrant arrived. There was clearly exigency, and the inevitable discovery exception doesn\u2019t have to be discussed. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.courts.mo.gov\/file.jsp?id=103914\">State v. Brown<\/a>, 2016 Mo. App. LEXIS 695 (July 18, 2016).<\/p>\n<p>Stop was valid based on excessive window tint. Reasonable suspicion developed: \u201cHowever, based upon our review of the record and the following case law, and despite defense counsel&#8217;s artful questioning of Trooper Bayless at the suppression hearing, we conclude that the purpose of the initial stop had not been concluded at the time a decision was made to deploy the canine. Further, assuming arguendo that the mission and purpose of the initial stop had been concluded at the time it was decided that the canine should be deployed, we believe, under these facts, the troopers had reasonable suspicion to prolong the stop for further investigation.\u201d <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supremecourt.ohio.gov\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/4\/2016\/2016-Ohio-5017.pdf\">State v.
