Defendant voluntarily consented to the search of his car and person. <a href=\"https:\/\/wicourts.gov\/ca\/opinion\/DisplayDocument.pdf?content=pdf&#038;seqNo=171224\">State v. Floyd<\/a>, 2016 Wisc. App. LEXIS 413 (July 6, 2016).<\/p>\n<p>The state appealed the grant of a motion to suppress for lack of proof of consent on the totality. The factors the state was complaining weren\u2019t addressed are moot because there was no proof presented by the state on those issues.
