That two officers recollect defendant\u2019s traffic offense and stop somewhat differently doesn\u2019t mean that one of them was lying. On the totality, there was reasonable suspicion. Officers had reasonable suspicion to detain defendant when they attempted to stop him, and he fled, disposing of things in the process which then gave probable cause.
