On the totality, there was reasonable suspicion. United States v. Maldonado, 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 67881 (N.D.Iowa May 24, 2016),* R&#038;R 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 52591 (N.D. Iowa Apr. 20, 2016).*<\/p>\n<p>Officers had reasonable suspicion to detain defendant when they attempted to stop him, and he fled, disposing of things in the process which then gave probable cause.
