App. LEXIS 7714 (Fla. 5th DCA May 20, 2016).<\/p>\n<p>Defendant\u2019s probation search was based on reasonable suspicion and wasn\u2019t arbitrary. His probation officer reasonably suspected he was a regular marijuana user based on his own admissions, and the PO requested police do the search, which turned up marijuana. <a href=\"https:\/\/efast.gaappeals.us\/download?filingId=0f975d24-659b-4c6a-b55b-97f488a1bd0c\">Whitfield v. State<\/a>, 2016 Ga.
