Nevertheless, it wouldn\u2019t have succeeded because defendant didn\u2019t have standing to challenge the search. <a href=\"http:\/\/courts.delaware.gov\/Opinions\/Download.aspx?id=239590\">State v. Dale<\/a>, 2016 Del. Super. LEXIS 144 (April 19, 2016).* Note: If he didn\u2019t have standing, it can\u2019t be \u201cobjectively unreasonable\u201d to not file a motion to suppress. Right outcome, wrong choice of words.<\/p>\n<p>The officers\u2019 stop was admittedly pretextual, but it had a factual basis for no turn signal. Therefore, it was valid. United States v. Maldonado, 2016 U.S. Dist.
