United States v. Womack, 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 39097 (W.D.Mo. March 25, 2016).<\/p>\n<p>Defendant was pulled over because her license plate light was out. \u201cThe deputy approached the driver, now known to be Tanya Coder, and told her there was no license plate light on the vehicle. Coder responded, \u2018Oh. I have been drinking.\u2019\u201d She argued that the video didn\u2019t support the cause of the stop.
