This was \u201cprovoked\u201d flight, contrary to Wardlow\u2019s \u201cunprovoked\u201d flight. \u201cWhen a vehicle approaches someone in a high-crime area, and the occupants yell, \u2018Hey, come here,\u2019 the Court believes it is reasonable for the person approached to \u2018go about his business\u2019 by reversing course and walking a different direction, and even running away from the unknown vehicle.
