Feb. 19, 2016).*<\/p>\n<p>A convenience store clerk who called the police about a suspected DUI was a citizen informant. Defendant\u2019s stop was with reasonable suspicion. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supremecourt.ohio.gov\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/12\/2016\/2016-Ohio-752.pdf\">State v. Schnell<\/a>, 2016-Ohio-752, 2016 Ohio App. LEXIS 662 (12th Dist. Feb. 29, 2016).*<\/p>\n<p>Finding the defendant not guilty of speeding was not a finding that there was no basis for the stop.
