Feb. 11, 2016).<\/p>\n<p>An anonymous tip of crime at a house in a high crime area at an address known for drug dealing combined with defendant\u2019s avoiding eye contact and quickly walking away from the police was reasonable suspicion. The \u201ctipping point\u201d was the last factor. United States v. Holmes, 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 176217 (E.D.Wis. Nov. 10, 2015), adopted 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 18469 (E.D.Wis.
