App. LEXIS 64 (Feb. 23, 2016).<\/p>\n<p>USPO had reasonable suspicion for a search of defendant\u2019s home: \u201c(i) on January 4, 2015, CI #1 witnessed the Defendant flashing a gun; and (ii) on January 12, 2015, the Defendant&#8217;s estranged wife witnessed the Defendant pistol-whip a member of the Crypts Gang.\u201d United States v.
