Here, there were factual indications that somebody else might be in the room further supporting it. [And plenty of cases elsewhere have drawn the same conclusion.] <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca5.uscourts.gov\/opinions\/pub\/14\/14-41392-CR0.pdf\">United States v. Garcia-Lopez<\/a>, 2016 U.S. App. LEXIS 398 (5th Cir. Jan. 11, 2016).<\/p>\n<p>California adopted a suspicionless search condition for parolees and probationers, which all courts have upheld. Defendant was subjected to one, and a gun was found. The search was not unreasonable. United States v. Miller, 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 2550 (N.D.Cal.
