State v. Green, 02-1022 (La. 12\/4\/02), 831 So.2d 962, 969.\u201d <a href=\"http:\/\/www.la2nd.org\/getfile.php?f=3364\">State v. Mitchell<\/a>, 2015 La. App. LEXIS 2489 (La.App. 5 Cir.  Dec. 9, 2015).<\/p>\n<p>It was apparent from the affidavit for the search warrant that the CI was involved in the drug trade, so it was not misleading under Franks. The information was timely and showed probable cause. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.courts.mo.gov\/file.jsp?id=94753\">State v. Mitchell<\/a>, 2015 Mo. App. LEXIS 1274 (Dec. 8, 2015).*<\/p>\n<p>The Court of Appeals of the Armed Forces held that the protective sweep of defendant\u2019s quarters was unreasonable and unconstitutional. The government did not prove that inevitable discovery even applied. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jagcnet.army.mil\/Portals\/Files\/ACCAOther.nsf\/MODD\/11CD69522F3D3FB085257F0D00717FC6\/$FILE\/mo-keefauver,%20la.pdf\">United States v.
