United States v. Freeman, 2008 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 28755 (W.D. Ky. April 7, 2008).*<\/p>\n<p>Officer claimed to have consent from defendant&#8217;s landlord and then claimed he got consent from defendant after coming in uninvited. Any such consent was tainted by the unlawful entry, and the suppression order was affirmed. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lexisone.com\/lx1\/caselaw\/freecaselaw?searchType=citation&amp;fclSearch=2008+Ga.+App.+LEXIS+414&amp;action=FCLSearchCaseByCitation&amp;pageLimit=10&amp;format=CITE&amp;pageNumber=1&amp;sourceID=&amp;citation=2008+Ga.+App.+LEXIS+414&amp;searchTerm=\">State v. Felix<\/a>, 2008 Ga. App. LEXIS 414 (April 7, 2008).*<\/p>\n<p>Tasering plaintiff was objectively reasonable because he was noncompliant and the situation was about to get out of hand. Cook v. City of Bella Villa, 2008 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 28560 (E.D. Mo. April 8, 2008)*:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>As it regards Michael Cook, the Court finds Locke&#8217;s conduct, in tasering and causing Michael&#8217;s head to strike the subject vehicles, objectively reasonable as a matter of law. See <a href=\"http:\/\/caselaw.lp.findlaw.com\/scripts\/getcase.pl?court=us&amp;vol=490&amp;invol=386\"><em>Graham v. Connor<\/em><\/a>, 490 U.S. 386, 396, 109 S. Ct. 1865, 104 L. Ed. 2d 443 (1989).
