Rodriguez, supra. The police in the present case testified that they believed Ms. Nash had the authority to consent to the search of the room since she was present in the room, had locked the door, and defendant conceded that she was there using the room with him.\u201d <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fifthcircuit.org\/dmzdocs\/OI\/PO\/2015\/D4035D4A-20F2-4FF3-AA1A-E7E02FAC8A8B.pdf\">State v.
