Grenning<\/a>, 142 Wn. App. 518, 174 P.3d 706 (2008):<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>This is an issue of first impression in Washington. There are no Washington cases dealing directly with the constitutionality of an ongoing forensic examination of information stored on copies of a hard drive that extends beyond the 10-day deadline specified in CrR 2.3(c). However, it is generally understood that a lawful seizure of apparent evidence of a crime using a valid search warrant includes a right to test or examine the seized materials to ascertain their evidentiary value. 2 WAYNE R. LAFAVE, SEARCH AND SEIZURE \u00a7 4.10(e), at 771 (4th ed. 2004). <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Paramedic who got defendant to pull over and park the car was not a &#8220;state actor,&#8221; and the stop was not governed by the Fourth Amendment. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aopc.org\/OpPosting\/Superior\/out\/a10032_07.pdf\">Commonwealth v. Demor<\/a>, 2008 PA Super 11, 942 A.2d 898 (2008).
