His car with windows covered by curtains wasn\u2019t the same as a home, and it was left on a university parking lot and subject to impoundment. The shotgun in his FIPF case was lawfully found. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.med.uscourts.gov\/Opinions\/Nivison\/2015\/JCN_02272015_2-11cr23_USA_v_JohnCrosby.pdf\">Crosby v. United States<\/a>, 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 24388 (D.Me. February 27, 2015).<\/p>\n<p>Plaintiff\u2019s decedent died in jail from a prescription drug overdose. When she was checked into jail, the jailors only believed she was drunk, like she was the last time she was jailed there. She had prescription drugs in her purse, but they weren\u2019t counted or administered. On the jail video, she was not so debilitated she couldn\u2019t get into a cell on her own.
