LEXIS 3526 (December 29, 2014).<\/p>\n<p>A man delivering newspapers at 3 am is nearly run off the road by a red vehicle driving on the wrong side of the road, and he calls 911 and reports it, giving his own identity and what he was doing at 3 am to see this. He is a citizen informant, and relying on his information was reasonable in making the stop. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tsc.state.tn.us\/sites\/default\/files\/vancampchristianopn.pdf\">State v.
