Dunnavant<\/a>, 2013 PA Super 38, 63 A.3d 1252 (2013) (posted <a href=\"http:\/\/fourthamendment.com\/?p=8443\">here<\/a>). That decision was affirmed by an equally divided court, thanks to the resignation of one justice. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pacourts.us\/assets\/opinions\/Supreme\/out\/J-20-2014pco%20-%201020568252957451.pdf?cb=1\">Commonwealth v.
