While there may have been some violations of police regulations in how the controlled buy went down, a little \u201csloppy police work\u201d that doesn\u2019t make out a constitutional violation. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca6.uscourts.gov\/opinions.pdf\/14a0921n-06.pdf\">Womack v. Conley<\/a>, 2014 U.S. App. LEXIS 23470 (6th Cir. December 11, 2014).<\/p>\n<p>Odd and inconsistent travel plans of somebody with a local DL who said he was lost, towing a boat trailer with no LPN within 100 miles of the border was reasonable suspicion. Proximity to the border can be considered in the reasonable suspicion analysis. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca10.uscourts.gov\/opinions\/13\/13-2223.pdf\">United States v. Sauzameda<\/a>, 2014 U.S. App. LEXIS 23459 (10th Cir. December 8, 2014).<\/p>\n<p>Affidavit for the search warrant as a whole showed probable cause the target doctor sold steroids, and the search warrant wasn\u2019t overbroad. There was no Franks violation. United States v. Rydze, 2014 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 172658 (W.D. Pa.
