Go figure:<\/p>\n<p>Defendant&#8217;s terms of his suspended sentence, which he conveniently omits to argue in his brief, was sufficient basis for the search of his property. Officers came to the property &#8220;to serve some kind of a probate order&#8221; and found a meth lab. While they were there, the appellant showed up, and he was handcuffed, claimed control of the property, and consented. Appellant&#8217;s bad faith search argument was rejected on the facts, and the record supports the trial court&#8217;s conclusion. <a href=\"http:\/\/courts.state.ar.us\/unpublished\/2007b\/20071010\/ar06-1390.pdf\">Morris v.
