[Interesting discussion of the state\u2019s attempt at good faith.] Despite that, the defendant\u2019s statement is not the product of the illegal search and was properly admitted. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tsc.state.tn.us\/sites\/default\/files\/phifer.pdf\">State v. Phifer<\/a>, 2014 Tenn. Crim. App. LEXIS 903 (September 23, 2014).<\/p>\n<p>Defendant fired a gun inside his house and his daughter called the police. When they arrived, his wife consented to an entry and a search for the guns. Inside a cigar box was drug paraphernalia. That was validly found in the search. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supremecourt.ohio.gov\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/9\/2014\/2014-ohio-4126.pdf\">State v. Roberts<\/a>, 2014-Ohio-4126, 2014 Ohio App. LEXIS 4022 (9th Dist. September 22, 2014).*<\/p>\n<p>While the officer\u2019s testimony was vague as to exact geography of the property, it wasn\u2019t about the consent search being of the back trailer, and the testimony showed it was voluntary and granted by defendant\u2019s then wife. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supremecourt.ohio.gov\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/4\/2014\/2014-ohio-4156.pdf\">State v.
