The Sentencing Guideline range was a minimum of 151 months. The officer never expressed remorse and his attitude at sentencing was that he was just doing his job, despite the fact the civilian witnesses to the incident were compelling enough for the jury to convict. <a href=\"http:\/\/media.ca8.uscourts.gov\/opndir\/14\/08\/131145P.pdf\">United States v.
