LEXIS 483 (July 16, 2014).<\/p>\n<p>Driving 25 then 20 in a 50 mph zone was probable cause for a stop. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supremecourt.ohio.gov\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/12\/2014\/2014-ohio-3083.pdf\">City of Wilmington v. Lubbers<\/a>, 2014-Ohio-3083, 2014 Ohio App. LEXIS 3013 (12th Dist. July 14, 2014).*<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe first note that several facts appear not to be in dispute. The defendant ran a stop sign; and, after being stopped by Officer Thomas, the defendant and his vehicle emitted a strong odor of alcohol. The defendant admitted to Officer Thomas that he had consumed \u2018a couple of beers\u2019 that evening. His speech was slurred, he was stuttering and swaying when he walked, and his eyes were bloodshot.\u201d The trial court erred in concluding there was no probable cause. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tsc.state.tn.us\/sites\/default\/files\/roscoemarvinopn.pdf\">State v.
