No drugs were found. There was no probable cause for the car search, and one officer\u2019s saying he had it didn\u2019t immunize the other. That doesn\u2019t make out a \u201cgood faith\u201d defense. The statements that were allegedly false wasn\u2019t enough either. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca10.uscourts.gov\/opinions\/12\/12-4154.pdf\">Felders v. Malcom<\/a>, 2014 U.S. App. LEXIS 11627 (10th Cir. June 20, 2014).*<\/p>\n<p>Plaintiff\u2019s suit against the police is both time barred and barred by Heck v. Humphrey. His suit against the judge and prosecutor are barred by absolute immunity. <a href=\"http:\/\/www2.ca3.uscourts.gov\/opinarch\/141566np.pdf\">Jackson v. City of Erie Police Dep&#8217;t<\/a>, 2014 U.S. App. LEXIS 11636 (3d Cir. June 20, 2014).*<\/p>\n<p>Plaintiff was seen by an identified motorist waving a gun while he was driving, and she made it clear it wasn\u2019t pointed at anybody in particular and didn\u2019t know if it was real. The officer found plaintiff and detained him and found Airsoft replica guns. He was cited for disorderly and released, and the disorderly was ultimately dismissed. The officer gets qualified immunity because there was probable cause for the detention and citation. <a href=\"http:\/\/media.ca7.uscourts.gov\/cgi-bin\/rssExec.pl?Submit=Display&#038;Path=Y2014\/D06-17\/C:13-3121:J:Ripple:aut:T:fnOp:N:1365063:S:0\">Gibbs v. Lomas<\/a>, 2014 U.S. App. LEXIS 11688 (7th Cir.
