App. 369 (June 4, 2014).*<\/p>\n<p>The use of force to obtain defendant\u2019s DNA by buccal swab in prison, including pepper spray, was not constitutionally unreasonable. <a href=\"http:\/\/www2.ca3.uscourts.gov\/opinarch\/131819np.pdf\">United States v. Mathis<\/a>, 2014 U.S. App. LEXIS 10369 (3d Cir.
