But officers are too frequently failing to appropriately document the application of force \u2014 they too often fail to articulate the objective reasonableness of force they used on a subject. <\/p>\n<p>As you know, law enforcement and the use of force is governed by the United States Constitution Fourth Amendment, appropriate state statutes. The reality is that the United States Supreme Court\u2019s interpretation of the Fourth Amendment in Graham v.
