United States v. Chidester, 2014 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 68282 (N.D. W.Va. April 29, 2014).<\/p>\n<p>Defendant\u2019s adult son lived with her and was on probation. Probation officers did a probation search and found evidence of defendant\u2019s drug use. They applied for a search warrant and returned and searched her purse. The purse was within the scope of the search warrant for \u201call personal property\u201d and could be searched. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.courts.state.co.us\/userfiles\/file\/Court_Probation\/Supreme_Court\/Opinions\/2014\/14SA37.pdf\">People v. Webb<\/a>, 2014 CO 36, 2014 Colo. LEXIS 361 (May 19, 2014).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant\u2019s stop for speeding was objectively reasonable and pretext doesn\u2019t matter. United States v.
