In between she was told she could leave and then consent was sought before she could go. This amounted to a second stop. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.publications.ojd.state.or.us\/docs\/A148433.pdf\">State v. Marino<\/a>, 259 Or. App. 608, 314 P.3d 984 (2013).<\/p>\n<p>When the trial court is asked to rely on the offense report, credibility determinations are limited. The court of appeals erred in determining that it was not believable when it relied on it. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cca.courts.state.tx.us\/opinions\/HTMLopinionInfo.asp?OpinionID=24913\">Delafuente v.
