However, nothing at the house, no sounds, no indications, no nothing, that a person inside was in need of aid, so there was no justification for an entry. Defendant was found drunk inside. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tsc.state.tn.us\/sites\/default\/files\/gibsonjustinopn_1.pdf\">State v. Gibson<\/a>, 2013 Tenn. Crim.
