Standing in one\u2019s door is not a \u201cpublic place\u201d under Santana. Therefore, no qualified immunity. <a href=\"http:\/\/media.ca8.uscourts.gov\/opndir\/13\/09\/121931P.pdf\">Mitchell v. Shearrer<\/a>,  2013 U.S. App. LEXIS 18756 (8th Cir. September 10, 2013).<\/p>\n<p>Officers had a reasonable belief that defendant parolee was in the place he was found when they entered. \u201cAnd given the relative interests involved, including defendant&#8217;s lesser expectation of privacy as a parolee and the State&#8217;s substantial interest in apprehending absconders from parole, the court finds that the KDOC warrant carried at least the same implied authority to enter a residence as was recognized by Payton.\u201d United States v. Denson, 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 128707 (D. Kan. September 10, 2013).*<\/p>\n<p>A threat to arrest a public employee if he didn\u2019t answer questions, assuming it to be true, doesn\u2019t state a Fourth Amendment claim. <a href=\"http:\/\/www2.ca3.uscourts.gov\/opinarch\/132467np.pdf\">Brown v.
