Ramirez, 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 127419 (D. Neb. September 6, 2013), R&amp;R 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 127416 (D. Neb. August 2, 2013).*<\/p>\n<p>It was clear that officers were going to get a search warrant before the alleged illegal search occurred. Even assuming it was illegal, the independent source doctrine makes the search under the warrant valid. United States v. Ponzo, 972 F. Supp. 2d 82 (D.
