III standing case of Clapper v. Amnesty International (<a href=\"http:\/\/fourthamendment.com\/blog\/index.php?blog=1&amp;title=re_clapper_v_amnesty_international_nyt_a&amp;more=1&amp;c=1&amp;tb=1&amp;pb=1\">see this posting<\/a>) which is premised on the NSA letting the Solicitor General make a false statement to the Court that the petitioners couldn&#8217;t prove that their calls were intercepted. The NSA leak proved that assertion to be essentially false.
