When the police confronted him, he dropped a backpack, volunteering that it wasn\u2019t his. That was an abandonment of the backpack. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.courts.mo.gov\/file.jsp?id=64895\">State v. Morgan<\/a>, 406 S.W.3d 490 (Mo. App. 2013).*<\/p>\n<p>A torn mud flap and too small DOT lettering were justification for a stop of a tractor trailer, and reasonable suspicion developed from that. <a href=\"https:\/\/efast.gaappeals.us\/download?filingId=960667a1-f783-4d75-ac14-d93e3f8ef801\">Valentine v. State<\/a>, 323 Ga. App. 761, 748 S.E.2d 122 (2013).*<\/p>\n<p>In an illegal search civil case, the question of the break in causation was properly left to the jury.
