August 26, 2013).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant\u2019s waiver of Fourth Amendment rights was expressly put on the record at the time of his plea to probation, and he didn\u2019t object or appeal. He can\u2019t claim now that it was an unauthorized sentence [not that it would ever be anyway]. <a href=\"https:\/\/efast.gaappeals.us\/download?filingId=98e20465-c972-4395-9a79-a2e656eaba80\">Wiggins v. State<\/a>, 323 Ga. App. 754, 748 S.E.2d 120 (2013).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant moved to dismiss making various claims of outrageous governmental conduct, including alleged falsities in a search warrant affidavit. None measure up to the high standard, and there\u2019s a Franks remedy for the alleged falsities. United States v. Marks, 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 120908 (S.D. Fla.
