The curtilage was violated [and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supremecourt.gov\/opinions\/12pdf\/11-564_jifl.pdf\">Jardines<\/a> isn\u2019t even cited]. <a href=\"https:\/\/efast.gaappeals.us\/download?filingId=151d2d55-63f6-48c2-a971-904e1407835d\">Mitchell v. Police were called to a Whataburger because the driver of a vehicle was passed out in the drive-through lane.
