Davis<\/a>, 2013 Tenn. Crim. App. LEXIS 689 (August 14, 2013).<\/p>\n<p>Entry into defendant\u2019s house was valid under exigency. Officers responded to a 911 DV call with injury. Defendant\u2019s wife was whispering at the door and seemed afraid. Then they saw defendant coming down the stairs with a gun in hand. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sconet.state.oh.us\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/5\/2013\/2013-ohio-3505.pdf\">State v. Brooks<\/a>, 2013 Ohio 3505, 2013 Ohio App. LEXIS 3608 (5th Dist. August 14, 2013).*<\/p>\n<p>Officers had an uncorroborated tip on defendant\u2019s car about metal thefts. Driving slow was not reasonable suspicion, and the motion to suppress should have been granted. <a href=\"https:\/\/efast.gaappeals.us\/download?filingId=a8463ca7-27fc-4e83-a87d-aa1e6e46e8c9\">Lewis v.
